vnvalue ("we", "us") is designed to operate with minimal data collection. We do not require accounts, do not run advertising trackers, do not sell data, and do not build user profiles. This Privacy Policy explains the limited data we do handle.

We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, national ID, financial account information, investment portfolio, holdings, or any other personally identifying information. We do not operate user accounts. We do not run advertising networks, third-party behavioural trackers, session replay tools, or cross-site profiling.

We use your browser's localStorage to remember two small preferences: (a) your theme choice (dark or light), and (b) whether you have acknowledged the Methodology & Disclosure notice. These values are stored only on your device, are never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

No cookies are set by us for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.

Our hosting provider automatically processes standard web server logs in order to operate and secure the Service. These logs may contain information such as IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, referrer, response code, and timestamp. Logs are used solely for operational, security, abuse prevention, and debugging purposes, and are retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

The Service is hosted on Fly.io (Fly.io, Inc.). Fly.io processes network traffic and logs as necessary to deliver the Service. See Fly.io's privacy policy at https://fly.io/legal/privacy-policy/ for details.

Financial data displayed on the Service is sourced from third parties including Vietcap (VCI) and KB Securities (KBS). Those providers are not involved in your use of the Service and do not receive information about you from us.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising networks, or similar tracking tools.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Because we do not collect personal information in the first place, there is generally nothing to share.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data we hold about you, or to object to processing. You can clear any data stored in your browser's localStorage at any time through your browser's settings, without affecting your ability to use the Service.

The Service is not directed at children under 18 and is not intended for use by them. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We apply commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the integrity of the Service. However, no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, and we cannot warrant absolute security of any information transmitted over the internet.

The Service is operated from Vietnam and hosted in Singapore. By using the Service, you understand that any server logs may be processed in those jurisdictions. If you are located in a region with specific data-protection rules (such as the EU/EEA or the UK), you should review whether the Service is appropriate for your needs before using it.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Revised versions become effective when posted to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
